I understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a service. If you cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a partial refund will be provided. However, if you fail to show up for the service without prior notice, the full service charge will apply.
